Cancel 48+ hours before your tour for a full refund. Within 48 hours, a partial fee may apply per the guide’s policy, shown on their profile. For urgent issues, reach out to our support team.

Yes! You can have a traveler and a guide profile using the same ID document, but you’ll need a different email for each. Sign up as a traveler with one email, then apply as a guide with another via the Become a Guaide page.
